Export your data
Updated 31 October 2026
Your records are yours. Pack can give you a copy of them at any time as a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Download a list
- Go to Clients and press Export, or open Settings and choose Export your data.
- Choose what to export: Clients, Dogs, Walks, Invoices or Payments.
- Untick any columns you don't want. All and None tick or clear the lot.
- For walks, invoices and payments, you can pick a From and To date. Leave both empty for everything.
- Press Download.
What each list holds
- Clients: one row per client, with their main address in its own columns and any other addresses together in one. Archived clients are left out unless you tick Include archived clients.
- Dogs: one row per dog, with its client's name and email, so you can match the two lists up, and the dog details you've recorded.
- Walks: one row per walk, booked or done, by the day of the walk. A group walk is a row for each client. Price as booked is what the walk's services came to on your Rate Card, after any discount; any GST is worked out on the invoice. Billed says which invoice the walk is on, or whether it was paid without one or not charged.
- Invoices: one row per invoice, drafts included, by issue date.
- Payments: one row per payment Pack knows about, by the day the money arrived, with any refund, dispute and Stripe's fee on a card payment.
What isn't included
Details a client shared with you from their dog's Offleash profile, such as its vet or allergies, aren't in the export. They're the owner's to share, and to stop sharing, and a copy in a spreadsheet would outlive that. Your bank details aren't included either.
A name, note or phone number that starts with =, +, - or @ is saved with an apostrophe in front, so your spreadsheet treats it as text rather than trying to work it out as a formula.
