Fees
Everything you pay to use Offleash Pack, who charges it, and what's free. All amounts are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Paid plans are billed monthly, with no lock-in. An active client is a client you schedule a walk for, or invoice, in a calendar month. Card payments are on every plan, Starter included.
Offleash emails you at least 30 days before raising a plan's price, its own fee or cap, or lowering a plan's active clients. You can cancel or move to a cheaper plan before then at no charge.
Card payments
2.15% + 30c on Australian cards: Stripe's standard rate plus our 0.5%.
Your clients pay by card into your own Stripe account. Two fees come out of each card payment, charged by two different businesses:

On a A$35 card payment, Offleash's fee is 18c. It stops at A$3 on payments over A$600.
Stripe sets its own rates, in your own Stripe account, and can change them. Its Australian rate was last checked against a live payment on 11 October 2026; its other rates and fees against Stripe's published pricing in September 2026. Stripe's current pricing is at stripe.com/au/pricing.
Your Stripe Dashboard shows Stripe's fee and Offleash's fee as separate lines on every payment.
Refunds and disputes
You refund a client from your Stripe Dashboard. Offleash then refunds its fee in proportion: all of it on a full refund, half of it on a half refund. Stripe keeps its own fee on a refunded payment.
If a client disputes a payment with their card issuer, Stripe charges you its dispute fee (A$25 on Stripe's published pricing), and may charge more if you counter the dispute. If the dispute is decided in your client's favour, Offleash refunds the rest of its fee.
What's free
- Recording cash, PayID and bank transfer payments. Offleash charges no fee on them, on any plan.
- The Starter plan, for as long as you use it.
- Paying your own Pack subscription: Offleash's card fee never applies to it.
One price for your clients
The fees on this page are charged to you, never to your clients. Pack has no setting that adds a fee only when a client pays by card: each invoice has one price, however the client pays.
Tax invoices
Offleash's fees include GST. Each month Offleash issues you a tax invoice for the fees it kept on your card payments. Your subscription's tax invoices are in the Stripe billing portal, from Billing & plan in Pack.
