Group walks

Updated 31 October 2026

Walks for different clients that start at the same time are a group walk. Each client keeps their own walk: their own price, invoice, report and photos, just as if you'd walked their dogs alone.

Book a group walk

  1. Book the first client's walk as usual.
  2. Book each other client's walk for exactly the same start time. Regular walks work the same way.

Your Schedule shows Group walk with the number of clients on it. If you book a walk that overlaps another but starts at a different time, Pack says so, and suggests the time to use if you meant to walk them together. The same client twice at once is a double booking, so for another of their dogs, add the dog to their walk instead.

Your maximum dogs per walk

In Settings, under Services, choose your Max dogs per walk. Pack won't book more dogs than this onto one walk, counting every client's dogs on a group walk. If a booking would go over, Pack tells you, and you can book another time or change your max. The number is yours: check your council's rules for the parks you use.

On the walk

In the walker tools on your phone, starting, checking in at a park and ending the walk act on the whole group, and you see every dog together. Whatever you record for a dog goes on that dog's own walk. A photo of several clients' dogs is uploaded once and added to each of their walks. Reports go client by client, and finishing one opens the next.

Pack never sends one message to several clients, so no client sees another's details.
