Card payments and autopay
Updated 31 October 2026
Connect Stripe
- Go to Settings, then Integrations.
- Beside Stripe — accept card payments, press Connect Stripe and fill in Stripe's form. Your Stripe account is your own: payouts go straight to your bank, and you manage them in your Stripe Dashboard.
- When Stripe has checked your details, Settings says Connected. Stripe sometimes needs a little longer, or more information; Settings tells you which.
- In Getting paid, tick Card under Ways your clients can pay.
Your client then presses Pay on the invoice's page. Card payments are on every plan. What they cost, Offleash's fee and Stripe's, is on the fees page. Your client pays the same price however they pay.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe Dashboard. Pack records them on the invoice, which stays Paid with the refund shown beside it.
Offer autopay
Autopay charges a client's card for each invoice you send them, so they don't have to remember. You offer it; only your client can turn it on.
- In Clients, open the client and press Offer autopay. You'll need card payments set up and the client's email first.
- Next time they pay one of your invoices by card, they see an optional autopay box, unticked, with the terms in full. Ticking it turns autopay on.
From then on, Pack emails each invoice you send that client with the amount and the date, then charges it on its due date, never sooner than 24 hours after that email.
- Your client can stop autopay at any time, from the link in Pack's emails to them. It takes effect straight away.
- You can turn it off with Turn off autopay, or withdraw an offer they haven't taken up.
- Download autopay record gives you every offer, charge and change for that client.
Autopay is on every plan. See invoices for preparing them automatically each week, fortnight or month.
